UNITEX Sol Coated Fiberglass Fabric is a special coating technology developed by UNITEX, we call it EXSIL™ technology, with EXSIL™ technology, no need to do treatment on fiberglass fabric like silica material, Sol coating can straightly improving the SiO2 content of the fiberglass fabric, it will improved the working temperature of fiberglass fabric, meanwhile the fiberglass fabric tensile strength won’t be reduced. 

The Sol coating makes the fabric high temperature resistance as well as make it have a better abrasion resistant, better thermal insulation performance and more rigid. The continuous temperature up to 900℃, Short burst up to 1100℃. Application for smoke and fire curtains, blinds, cavity wall fire barriers, gasket, insulation covers, welding blankets and other types of smoke and other types of fire control systems.
