Unitex Cryogel Felt is a special aerogel felt product with inorganic fiber and Aluminum foil composited . It is a flexible thermal insulation felt suitable for subzero temperature. Aerogel material have the world's lowest thermal conductivity performance. It is also low density, flexibility, high pressure resistant, hydrophobic, fire proof performance. At the same time, it has superior sound insulation performance. It can be replaced of such as fiberglass, asbestos, ceramic fiber, rock wool…etc. traditional insulation materials. Cryogel is suitable for chemical industry, medical, biological pipe/equipment, liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, LNG and other field of cold insulation.

 

1. Thermal insulation performance is 3 to 5 times compared to traditional insulation materials, high efficiency and energy saving.

2. Very low thickness to achieve the same thermal insulation performance of traditional insulation materials, less heat loss, higher space utilization. Also saves transport cost.
