PTFE Coated Fiberglass Fabric
Unitex PTFE (Teflon) Coated Fiberglass Fabric is produced by Filament Fiberglass Fabric or Texturized Fiberglass Fabric with PTFE resin coating. It can be any color as customer requested and choose a basic fabric to do coating. Also can be backed with self-adhesive backing. PTFE Coated Fiberglass Fabric have great acid and alkali resistance, anti-organic solvent characteristics, almost insoluble in all solvents. At the same time, PTFE Coated Fiberglass Fabric has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, it has very low coefficient of friction, airtight, high lubricity and non-stickiness, electrical insulation and good anti-aging ability, excellent temperature resistance (in +250 ℃ to -180 ℃ temperature for long-term work). PTFE Coated Fiberglass Fabric itself is not harm to humans. It is widely used at oven and microwave drying belt, food baking liner, flour pan cakes processing, wrapping for plastic seaming, insulating wrapping and separating layer, other industrial conveyer belt and flexible expansion joints, insulation cover.
