Unitex Fiberglass Needle Mat is produced by mechanical needling to bonding glass fibers. 3cm-8cm glass fibers be chopped by guillotine machine and then puffed, carded and continuously needled with a well-controlled long textile fiberglass to ensure mechanical bonding without coating. It’s widely used for insulation and filtration applications. Also it’s the well wadding materials, like motorcycle mufflers, gun mufflers and elevator sound insulation materials. Can be coated with Aluminium Foil or Aluminium Fiberglass Fabric.
