Aerogel Board
Unitex Aerogel Board based on Aerogel composited at advanced technology, make this board be rigid and ultra light on weight. It has high temperature resistance, low thermal conductivity, low density, high strength, friendly environmental protection, water proof and so on advantages. At the same time, it has the advantages of sound insulation and shock absorption performance, it’s an advanced thermal insulation material for upmarket civil building insulation, city construction, metallurgy, chemical industry, military, aerospace and many fields.
1. Thermal insulation performance is 3 to 5 times compared to traditional insulation materials, high efficiency and energy saving.
2. Very low thickness to achieve the same thermal insulation performance of traditional insulation materials, less heat loss, higher space utilization. Also saves transport cost.
3. High tensile strength and high compressive strength, resistant to harsh construction environment.
4. Excellent hydrophobic performance, more than 99%. Can be isolated to liquid water, meanwhile Water vapour is available to pass through.
5. Sound absorption and noise reduction, buffer vibration and other functions, friendly to environment, protect equipment.
6 Without any harmful substances to human body, waste can be disposed of by landfill.
