Unitex Carbon Fiber Prepreg is produced by epoxy resin and carbon fiber through the hot melt, coating, hot pressing, cooling, film, winding and other processing of composite materials. Carbon fiber prepreg is the initial impregnation of epoxy resin and carbon fiber uncured semi-fished products, can be shaped after heating. Unitex provide UD prepreg, woven carbon fiber prepreg. Unitex prepreg is high strength, low density, can reach 6-12 times the steel, the density of steel is only a quarter. Good plasticity, according to the shape of the mold made of any shape, easy molding, easy processing. Corrosion resistance, long life.
Typical Application: 
1.Aerospace: Fuselage, Rudder, Engine Housing of Rocket, Missile Diffuser, Solar Panel, etc.
2.Sports Equipment: Automobile Parts, Fish Pole, Baseball Bat, Sled, Speedboat, Badminton Racket, etc.
3.Industry: Engine component, reinforced material of concert structure, air-blower vane, driving shaft, etc.
4.Fire Protection: Apply for fireproof clothing production of army, fire forces, steel plants, etc.
