Unitex Fiberglass Prepreg is produced by resin and Fiberglass through the hot melt, coating, hot pressing, cooling, film, winding and other processing of composite materials. The resin can be chosen from Epoxy resin, Polyester resin, Phenolic resin and Unsaturated Polyester resin. Fiberglass prepreg is the initial impregnation of resin and Fiberglass uncured semi-fished products, can be shaped after heating. Unitex provide UD prepreg, woven Fiberglass prepreg. Unitex prepreg is high strength, low density, can reach 6-12 times the steel, the density of steel is only a quarter. Good plasticity, according to the shape of the mold made of any shape, easy molding, easy processing. Corrosion resistance, long life.
Typical Application: 
1.Aerospace: Fuselage, Rudder, Engine Housing of Rocket, Missile Diffuser, Solar Panel, etc.
2.Sports Equipment: Automobile Parts, Fish Pole, Baseball Bat, Sled, Speedboat, Badminton Racket, etc.
3.Industry: Engine component, reinforced material of concert structure, air-blower vane, driving shaft, etc.
4.Fire Protection: Apply for fireproof clothing production of army, fire forces, steel plants, etc.
