UNITEX UP3100 is produced with fiberglass mat impregnated UP resin and laminated, used as an electrical insulation material. UP3100 is also called GPO-3. It is strong, stiff, dimensionally stable, and impact resistant. The material also has excellent electrical properties including flame, arc, and track resistance. It is widely used for electrical insulating applications. Its mechanical and electrical, high humidity under good electrical performance, good mechanical performance at medium temperature, flame retardant, arc resistance and anti-leakage trace performance.

1. Application in circuit breakers: frame type circuit breakers: safety baffles, safety shutters, spacers, phase spacers, etc.

2. Applications in molded case circuit breakers: phase spacers, arc extinguishing chambers, etc.

3. Applications in motors: motor armature parts, movable cover plates, slot wedge stators, fixed washers, thin washers, carbon brush holders, etc.

4. Application in switchgear: front end, size, upper end, bottom end, phase spacer and other applications in segmented system: arc resistant structure.
