Carbonized Fiber Mat is produced by carbonized fiber yarn (Pre-oxidized fiber/PANOF) chopped, teased and needled. Pre-oxidized fiber is an intermediate product between polyacrylonitrile fiber and carbon fiber. It has carbon content no higher than 62%. The chopped fiber after needled the fiber become a kind of three-dimensional structure status. This material is a very good high temperature resistant material and good application used as a welding blanket because it’s fire proof, no dust, soft and no any itch and hurt to human body. It is widely used for fire blanket, welding blankets, fire suit, fireproof gloves, sealing, high temperature insulation, sound insulation, automotive heat protection, equipment protection.
