Silicone Coated Fiberglass Fabric
Unitex Silicone Coated Fiberglass Fabric is produced by Filament Fiberglass Fabric with Silicone Rubber coating. Silicone Coated Fiberglass Fabric have many good performances such as, (1) high temperature performance. Silicone fiberglass cloth is characterized by high temperature stability, at temperatures above 200 ℃, Silicone Coated Fiberglass Fabric can still maintain a certain degree of flexibility, resilience and surface hardness, and no significant changes in mechanical properties. (2) low temperature performance Silicone Coated Fiberglass Fabric glass transition temperature is generally -70 ~ -50 ℃, excellent low temperature performance. This is of great significance to the aviation and aerospace industries. (3) Weatherability Silicone Coated Fiberglass Fabric Si-O-Si bond is very stable to oxygen, ozone and ultraviolet light and has excellent weatherability without any additive. (4) Electrical performance. Silicone Coated Fiberglass Fabric has excellent insulation properties, resistance to corona and arc resistance is also very good. (5) Physical and mechanical properties. Silicone Coated Fiberglass Fabric has excellent physical and mechanical properties even at a high temperature of 200 ℃ and a low temperature of -50℃. (6) Oil and chemical reagents. Ordinary Silicone Coated Fiberglass Fabric has good oil and solvent resistance. (7) Gas permeability. Silicone Coated Fiberglass Fabric at room temperature on the air, nitrogen, oxygen, carbon dioxide and other gases breathable 30-50 times higher than natural rubber. (8) Physiological inertia. Silicone Coated Fiberglass Fabric non-toxic, tasteless, odorless, non-adhesion with human tissues, with anti-clotting effect on the body tissue reactivity is very small. Particularly suitable as a medical material.
